Return and Refund
Due to the handcrafted nature of each design, should you receive a piece with visually noticeable damage, returns are accepted for store credit or exchange in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
In our jewelry collection, the carved mother-of-pearl and abalone shell earrings, due to the nature and delicacy of the material, if the customer accidentally breaks the piece, the refund guarantee does not apply.
If there is a problem with your order or if you received the item damaged (original unopened packaging is damaged), please contact our customer service at lamestizaconnections@gmail.com for further assistance.
In your email, please attach a clear photo of the damaged items along with the damaged packaging you received. Items that are used, opened, washed, damaged, and/or purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
The steps you must follow to return the item(s) and receive your refund are as follows: Return the items in their original, unopened packaging to the following address: (To be confirmed).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $1,000 MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will be refunded the price charged (excluding shipping costs). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
