We are sending magic all over the world! La Mestiza offers shipping worldwide, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered.
We work with different companies to make our shipments, always considering the most appropriate for the handling and delivery times of our parts. This is to better adapt to your order and provide you with a faster and safer service.
As the recipient, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary requirements to customs or the courier. In addition, each country has its own customs laws and requirements.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying any taxes or duties that may be levied on your order at customs in your country. If you choose not to pay your customs duties in your country, your package will not be returned to us; it is destroyed at customs. If this happens, no part of your order can be refunded. Please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID 19 health situation we are experiencing.
Your local customs office may require additional documents (if located outside of Europe) and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for paying any taxes or duties in your country's customs that may arise from your order.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office (the one that serves your address) or a local courier service. Depending on your area, most standard shipping orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
If you are not at home when delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise how and where your delivery can be collected. In the event that you have not received your order within the estimated time period stated, please look for the tracking number provided for your order.
When you click on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the parcel service's website. You then need to copy your tracking number and paste it into the corresponding field. Then click on “Tracking” so you can get information about your order. If your order has been delayed and your tracking information shows that your order has arrived in your country/area/post office, please contact them to claim your package.
Many post offices or courier services around the world ship packages after they remain unclaimed for several days. If your package remains unclaimed at any post office or courier service in your country/region/area and is returned to us, we will notify you to proceed with a second shipment of your package. All shipments are sent fully insured.
Shipping times
All orders are shipped within four (4) business days from the day they are placed. This may vary due to national holidays or unforeseen events.
Payment methods
At the moment we support payments with PayPal and credit and debit cards. For both payment methods, you must select PayPal as your payment method. In order to be able to pay with your credit/debit card, you must complete the checkout process on our website by selecting PayPal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page, from where you can select whether you want to pay via your PayPal account or whether you want to pay with your credit/debit card.
